OPTION 1: Ultra FINE (Less Than 20 µm) is a good balance of particle sizes, so some are absorbed into the bloodstream and some larger particles pass through to clean out the intestinal tract.
OPTION 2: Ultra Fine (Less Than 2 µm) is more expensive, but better absorption into the bloodstream and blood brain barrier. Less will go through to clean the the intestinal tract.
